Returns
Should it be necessary to return an item, we will happily refund undamaged items in accordance with the restrictions
outlined in this section. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number before shipping the package, within a period of 14 days of receipt of original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written
on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. A RMA number can be obtained by e-mailing us at
service@cheerbunny.com.
It is better to insure the package. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We will not
be responsible for lost or packages damaged by the shipping company. You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items
excluding the original shipping expenses and excluding a restocking fee. A refund will be credited to the customer's next order.
Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that the charges will appear
against "CPPI". Our order checkout module is on a secure server to protect your credit card information.
Charges will be made when the order is ready to ship. All credit card orders are subject to verification.
Please make sure you supply any requested information, and provide us with easy means of getting back to you
if need be, so that your order can be processed without unnecessary delays.

Shipping
We offer convenient shipping methods for delivery within the United States, Monday through
Friday. We do try to ship orders that come in before 10 a.m. the same day, but that is not guaranteed. All
orders placed after 10 a.m. will be processed the next day. Orders are served on a first come, first
ship basis provided the items are in stock. UPS Shipping DOES NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Saturday
delivery is extra. Shipping charges are added to the order after the order is pulled.
Some deliveries may require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to
demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery
by carrier. Shipping & Handling is not refundable on refused or undeliverable shipments.

Express Mail Service
- arrives in 2 days in metro areas and 3 days to outlying areas, includes weekends and holidays.
Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service.
United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone.
UPS Ground
- arrives within 7 business days, excluding holidays.
- Delivers Monday through Friday.
- Available to Alaska or Hawaii addresses.
- For approximate shipping times, please reference the map below.
UPS 3-Day Select
- arrives by the end of the day of the third business day, excluding holidays.
- Not available to Alaska or Hawaii addresses.
UPS 2nd Day Air
- Delivery by the end of the second business day, excluding holidays.
- Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
UPS Next Day Air
- Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination, excluding holidays
